OFFICIAL RULES & WAIVER OF LIABILITY
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. The giveaway is void where prohibited.
2. ELIGIBILITY
This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of ageat the time of entry. Contestants must be physically present at the Jzilla Track Days event on December 14, 2025 at Atlanta Motorsports Park in Dawsonville, Georgia, in order to participate and be eligible to win.
Employees of Jzilla Track Days, its affiliates, partners, or immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Jzilla Track Days does not provide transportation to make it to the event. If a participant is unable to travel we will draw another participant
3. ENTRY DETAILS
- All 2025 Jzilla Track Days drivers are automatically entered into the contestant pool.
- Additional entries may be accepted via online submission through official Jzilla Track Days channels.
- Entry website will be open from November 7 to November 14th. We will announce the 8 contestants on November 22nd, 2025
4. GAME RULES: PLINKO FORMAT
Each of the eight contestants will receive four (4) Plinko chips and will play a live game at the event.
Winning Conditions:
- If multiple contestants land on the car prize slot, the contestant with the highest total point value wins the Jetta.
- If no contestants land on the car prize slot, the contestant with the highest overall point total wins.
- In the event of a tie, a tie-breaker round will occur among tied contestants using the same rules.
The winner must be present to participate in the game and claim the prize.
5. PRIZE DETAILS
- The prize is one (1) Jzilla Jetta (model details to be announced at the event).
- The winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, and costs associated with title transfer, registration, and any other vehicle ownership requirements.
- The vehicle is awarded as-is with no warranty or guarantee by Jzilla Track Days.
6. RELEASE & PUBLICITY WAIVER
By entering or participating, all contestants agree to the following:
- Waive all liability against Jzilla Track Days, Atlanta Motorsports Park, and related partners for injury, loss, or damages.
- Permit the use of their name, voice, likeness, and image for promotional or marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- If selected as the winner, sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Waiver, and Publicity Release, and complete IRS Form W-9 for tax reporting.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Jzilla Track Days reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time.
- Any contestant found tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of the rules may be disqualified.
8. COMPLIANCE WITH GEORGIA LAW
This giveaway complies with Georgia Code § 16-12-36 and avoids the elements of a lottery by eliminating any form of required consideration. It is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
9. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
To obtain the name of the winner, send a request to info@jzillatrackdays.com within 30 days of the event.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Official Rules. I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older, meet the eligibility criteria, and understand the terms of the giveaway and liability waiver.
