CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS:

  1. A completed and signed 2023 Jzilla Track Days Tech Sheet. It is important that you have the Tech Sheet completed prior to the event. If you need to be provided a Tech Sheet on the day of the event, you will be required to make a donation to one of the charities that Jzilla supports.

  2. An SA2015 or newer helmet. Discovery Parts can provide rental helmets and other equipment for purchase.

  3. A valid drivers license that corresponds with your Tech Sheet information.

  4. Completed the e-waiver process mentioned above.

Any driver without these items at Check-In will be asked to to step aside while we attend to those who are prepared. This will likely result in forfeiture of track time. No passenger wristbands will be issued until AFTER Check-In has completed to allow our staff to focus on the drivers.

JZILLA TECH SHEET

HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR TECH SHEET

We prioritize all our guests' safety as our primary objective. This Tech Sheet is a legal document that must be filled out correctly. Please note that the form linked above will be the only version we accept. Older versions of our Tech Sheet will not be accepted! Please take the time to complete and sign this form BEFORE you arrive at the track. This Tech Sheet must be completed by a competent technician, person, or shop.. You, the participant, must sign all signature lines at the bottom of the tech sheet. If you aren't comfortable performing a tech inspection yourself, we recommend these businesses for Tech Inspection. However, you may use a shop of your choice.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE:

All Drivers and Passengers must have helmets inspected by Discovery Parts staff. They will issue an AMP 2023 decal for helmets that are SA2015 or newer. Helmet inspections are performed at the Discovery Parts store inside the AMP paddock. Please see the AMP Interactive Map for the location. If you already have an AMP 2023 helmet sticker, you may proceed to Check-In.

We will be running three Check-In stations outside the Porter Garage, under the Mezzanine. If you have not completed the required e-waiver at this time, we will direct you to a kiosk where you can complete that process.

Next, approach the Check-in staff member, please hand your license and Tech Sheet to the staff member for verification. Also, show your AMP 2023 helmet sticker to the staff member. After you have been verified, place your Tech Sheet in the storage box nearby. The staff member will record your attendance and issue an envelope containing your credentials:

  • Run Group Decal - affix this decal on the left corner of your windshield, prominently visible for Grid workers to see approaching the driver side of your car.

  • Wristband - please wear your wristband on your LEFT wrist. You will be required to show your wristband to Grid workers before you are allowed to enter the track. Passengers must also show their wristband at this time, too.

  • Additional promotional items may be found in the envelope.

You are responsible for your credentials. Wristbands must be worn at all times. If you need a replacement, please bring the damaged materials to our staff. Passenger wristbands may be attained AFTER the Check-In (9 AM) so we can assist the Drivers first

Run Group changes may be addressed AFTER Check-In is complete (9 AM). Drivers will run in the group they have been vetted for. Moving up a Run Group requires a sign-off by a Jzilla Track Days Instructor. Requests for moving or changing your Run Group must go through Jzilla Track Days Lead Instructors and may not be possible due to overcrowding and safety concerns. We will do our best to accommodate requests. We limit our Run Group sizes to maximize our participants’ experience and enjoyment.

COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS:

Jzilla Track Days is nothing without our community, we believe it is our duty to protect our community in a responsible manner. Please stay home if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, have an elevated temperature, or have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19. Contact Jzilla Track Days Staff to withdraw, and a credit will be issued that can be redeemed towards another Jzilla event in the future. Further guidelines to protect yourself and our community can be found at the CDC website.

EVENT SPECIFIC INFORMATION:

  • The sound limit for AMP is 98 decibels. This is strictly monitored at the track. If you think your vehicle may exceed this limit, please visit the Discovery Parts store as they may be able to help you with a solution. Repeated violation of this noise limit will result in loss of track time.

  • A Drivers Briefing will be in front of the registration area. This is mandatory and at 8:15 AM.

  • Lunch will be provided to registered drivers (only), compliments of Discovery Parts and Jzilla Trackdays!

  • Numbers are required on BOTH sides of each vehicle, they must be 8 inches or larger and easily legible. You may use any number you like, these are for the benefit of the corner workers to identify you on track only. Jzilla Track Days has number decals for sale, but Discovery Parts also has temporary, vinyl numbers in stock at a very reasonable cost if you prefer.

  • For scheduling updates, please OPT IN through your Motorsports Reg account. Please note this messaging system is not monitored. Replies will not be seen.

  • Paddock speed is walking speed and strictly enforced.

  • Drivers are responsible for their passengers. This includes your passengers actions. No hand held devices, arms out the windows while on track, you risk being black flagged during your session.

  • Acknowledge the Safety and Corner Workers. They work very hard in adverse conditions so we can be safe. Show them some love and respect during your sessions, it means a lot to them.

  • No passengers are allowed in Novice Instructed (Green) and Novice Solo (Blue) EXCEPT Jzilla Instructors or Staff.
